Susan's Story
Life
Eleven years ago, I married Robert Mills who is a wonderful husband and devoted father. We have two daughters, ages 9 and 6. Often, it feels like we¿re raising teenagers even at their tender young age.
My aka is Susan Mills or Mrs. Mills though I have kept my maiden.
An avid marathoner and 5K racer, I still love playing tennis, basketball (playing in the Burbank recreational league in a team with other moms from St. Finbar), cooking, traveling the world, and writing children¿s books.

I graduated from Cal State University, Los Angeles in 1984 with a degree in Communications. I hold an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Also, I am a graduate of the Management Development Executive Program from USC.
Workplace
After a career in entertainment, I found my true calling in expanding access to health care in California. As a Corporate America marketer, I have worked at CIGNA, Health Net and Adventist Health System. Today, I am the Chief Marketing Officer at Inland Empire Health Plan in San Bernardino.
