Susan's Story
Since 1975 I attended Colorado State University majoring in liberal arts. That is where I met my first husband Jay. We married our senior year. He was commissioned as an officer in the Air Force and we were sent to Sacramento, CA where I had our first child Jason. We moved many times in our 24-year marriage and added two more children, Kevin and Sarah.
We ended up in Virginia, just outside Washington DC. at the end of his career. We divorced in 2001. I was working for a National New Home Builder as the Director of Land Acquisition. e now proud grandparents. My daughter Sarah and her husband Justin have three beautiful children, Teague, Luke, and Avery. My oldest Jason has a wonderful son, Ethan, and is engaged to marry his beautiful fiance Keila in December 2018. My middle one, Kevin, and his wife Michelle are happily married and have an adorable little boy named Colin and a great Belgian Malinois named Tellie.
We now live in outside of Greenville, SC, one of the best-kept secrets of the south. Actually, it's one of the fastest growing areas in the country. The climate is great, especially since we are avid golfers. There is so much to do and many great areas within an hour or two. We love it!
