Susan's Story
Life
WOW! Its been about 2 yrs since I signed up for classmates.com and this is the first time that I have had time to really search and find. The reunion last year (06) looked like alot of fun. I am sorry I missed it. Looking through the pictures though I will say it looks like everyone is living good, everyone looks Great!!!! I have been really busy. My 39th birthday came and went to quickly (I am sure it is only going to get worse) but I am ok with it, it's a part of life. I have been busy with my family, work, and school lately so when you have all that going on time will fly.
My sons are doing amazing. To take everyone back a little, I had Chuck back in the 10th grade. Yes, he is now 23 yrs old and an handsome man (though I am a little bias). No marriages, and no children. YES!!! He has been in a relationship with Laura for a litttle over 3 years. He says no plans for marrigage anytime soon. Eddie is doing well also. He will turn 21 years old April 26th. We are still waiting for him to wise up and grow up. He is in his own little world right now, but you will have that at 20. Again, no marriages, and no children YES!!! (Can you tell that part makes me extremely happy). He is the most caring and fun loving person with a fabulous wit about him.
I have been married going on 5 years this November to Rick. He is from Columbus. He graduated from Brookhaven in 1978. I have 2 wonderful, beautiful step-daughters Alexandria who is 16, and an honors student at Dublin Coffman High School. Jillian ...Expand for more
is 12 years old and is a competitive cheerleader for Midwest Gymnastics. Rick and I both work for the Ohio Auto Auction in Grove City, Ohio. I have been attending Columbus State Community College and will transfer in fall of 07. I am not sure right now what school I will be attending as we are relocating for work to Atlanta, GA. We are really nervous as we have both lived in Columbus all of our lives. We will be leaving our children behind which is the hardest part for the both of us. Though we will visit and they will visit it will be a tough transition without them with us. We have a well blended family that I am very proud of. I feel very fortunate to be where I am in my life and there is not a day that goes by that I am not thankful for the good health of me and my family.
College
Ok well I started college a little late to have any roommates, or all-nighters (I had enough of that in high school). Although I do struggle with papers being due. I am on spring break currently, but will be back in school soon. I am working towards a degree in either English, or Political Science, I am undecided at this point. I am currently pursuing a career in a law firm to do my passion in the law field, preferrably right now paralegal studies.
Workplace
The automobile auction is a exciting place to work, and I have met alot of close friends. It will sadden me to leave there as I have worked there for 9 years. The Ohio Auto Auction has helped me grow professionally, and I would not trade the experience for anything.
