Susan's Story

I grew up in LaGrangeville surrounded by apple orchards and dairy farms. I married Ron Rugar from our class of '65 and we have two daughters. We divorced in 1985 but remained good friends until Ron's death in 2004. I lived in FL for a few years but the Hudson Valley called me ...Expand for more
home. I had a 20-year career at the Daniels Agency in Pawling, NY, and retired in 2007. I now live on the beautiful Hudson River in Port Ewen, NY, with my husband Jack. Between us we have 13 grandchildren and another one expected in June. We enjoy kayaking, skiing and biking.
