recipe for Fiber Delight:
1 lg pkg sunsweet prunes
1 lg jar applesauce
1 lg bottle of prune juice
1 box of Fiber 1 cereal ( you only need 1/2 pkg)
stew prunes in juice until soft. Meanwhile grind cereal until fine. stir in applesauce. Cool prunes and juice, then process in food processer until smooth. Stir into cereal applesauce mixture. Store in the fridge. This makes a whopping big bowl and should keep you regular for quite a while!".
