Susan's Story
Lived in Sept-Iles 1954-1967; now in Montreal, Qc. Married, 1 adult son, cat lover (animal lover). Growing up in 7-Iles was wonderful for children of my generation. We were truly free children, able to be outside all day playing with friends. We had the most gorgeous beaches as playgrounds in Summer. My parents never locked the doors of the house, ever! dren were as free as the birds and the bees and every parent knew other parents' eyes were watching.
Have reconnected with many childhood friends from 7-Iles and we do get to see each other too.
My big news is end of April 2013 I will be a first-time grandmother. My son, Mark and his wife, Cherry live in Kansas, KS where Mark is a professor at UMKC. Cherry is a physiotherapist.
