Susan's Story
After college (UW-Eau Claire), I went on to get a post-graduate degree in Psychology (Western Michigan University) to pursue a career as a researcher/professor in a university. After a year of post-doctoral work on the effects of smoking in women at the University of Michigan, I met the love of my life (John). I was married, quit my job, and proceeded to have two wonderful children (Tay...Expand for more

Now, I spend my time raising my children and doing mostly volunteer work. My most recent passion is volunteering for a nonprofit organization called Girls on the Run, a program for young girls designed to enhance self-esteem through training for a 5k run. I am currently training for a triathlon to raise funds for the local Girls on the Run organization.
