Susan's Story

I'm a User Experience Designer who does contract work. Tend to bounce through contracts with major technical corporations and California state work as projects come and go. We live in Shingle Springs, in the foothills below Placerville (me, husband, dog) and love it up here. Same house, 18+ years and it's a lot less of a fixer than it used to...Expand for more
be, with heat and all now, but still in progress. My daughter Rachel (33) lives in North Carolina and has a young son Jackson (4) and another on the way. It's one of the only things that can get me on an airplane. My husband is crazy about Rome, so occasionally I get on a plane and go. Not enough to please him though. I really hate to fly.
