Life
I was married in August to a wonderful man named Gary. We were introduced by friends! We are very happy. We are living in Kent, but have not yet sold my home in Ballard. We joke and laugh and call it our "vacation home". We spend quite a bit of time in Ballard. I have two children and 3 grandchildren. My daughter and husband live in Burien with their two children. My son & his wife live in West Seattle and have a 6 month old daughter. Gary has two children and 4 grandchildren. We now have 7 grandchildren between the two of us and are kept busy! :) We love our kids and grand kids! :) I attended our BHS 40th Class Reunion, but it was a difficult time for socializing as my mother had passed away just a few weeks befo...Expand for more
re the reunion. Still, it was nice to see my friends from high school. I am still working part-time at a dental office in West Seattle. After serving as a Bailiff in Seattle District Court after high school, I quit work to stay home with my children. When they started school, I opted to get a part-time job close to home. I've been there for 25 years and enjoy my friends at work and the patients that have become friends! I was able to take two trips to Iceland before I was married and get acquainted with my relatives there. I can't wait to take Gary there to meet them. In the meantime, we have a cruise planned to Mexico at the end of March. It's time to get away from rainy Seattle! :) I hope all is well with all of you!
