Hello to anyone who cares! I have been living in Kansas City, Missouri for over 25 years now. I still make it back to Cedar Rapids about once a month or more if necessary to visit my family and parents, as they are in their 80's now. I met my husband DeAnthony Thomas here in Kansas City. d 2 sons that lived with us and are now 28 & 29 years old and they have given us 3 wonderful grandchildren! I love the sound of a little voice calling me "Grandma." For some people that makes them feel old, to me it makes me realize we did a good job raising the boys! I am on a work-sabbatical at present and enjoying every minute of it. I had been a legal assistant since moving to Kansas City.
