in Cumming with my husband of 34 years. Daughter, Kathryn Jane, graduated from GCSU, May 2011. Son, Eddie, daughter-in-law Mary Cooper, and grandson, Edward IV, live in the Druid Hills area of Atlanta. Parents, Harry and Mary Knarr, still live in Sarasota and are doing well, moved in 2016 to Brookdale community from the house Daddy built over 50 years ago. Sister Jean lives in Sarasota with her husband, Maurice, and our sister Joyce lives in Tampa near her children and grandchildren. Brother, Harry Maurice, passed in 2008.

I am thinking of you now, Daddy, remembering and honoring all of our Veterans with great appreciation and respect! This picture was taken last year at the Veteran's Day parade in Sarasota, Florida.
My 95 year old father was honored this morning as a participant in the Sarasota Veterans Day Parade for his service in WWII. He was also chosen to attend a veterans function in May in Washington DC.
I love this picture taken in 2014 of my sister Jean and her husband of 43 years, Dr. Maurice S. Luker, whose memorial service was held in the First Presbyterian Church of Sarasota last weekend. Maurie was a brilliant Bible
