Susan's Story
Life
I have no kids (big surprise to people who've known me...) but I do have the world's most spoiled brat of a dog. She's a black lab/chow mix who I rescued from the pound on her LAST day before they euthanized her about 2 years ago. She's not scared of people anymore and as long as it isn't cold (winter's coming... looking forward to gimp-dog) she's not in pain. She hates the cold but loves the snow; go figure. Her name is Ada.
I work for a local pest control company in Flagstaff, AZ. Recently started dating (after 4 years of NO MEN; ex was ugly break-up) a casino exec from the valley (i.e. Phoenix-metroplex) named John.
Still building websites and collecting and -- another big surprise here -- reading. Reading those books with ugly covers :-)
School
After graduation DHS disallowed me leaving b/c I was so young. So I got stuck attending SFA... between the lovely-fun allergies and migraines (I haven't had a true kill-me-now migraine since leaving Texas...) it took me seven years to get my two degrees.

I went to Australia. When I got back, I moved to Las Vegas. It was fun but HOTHOTHOT. So I moved here, to Flagstaff. Arid climate, not too hot, snow... perftect. Now if we could just convince the forest service there's some OTHER way for forest management than burning it and making it so hard to breathe..
College
I have my two degrees: Bachelor's Business Admin -- Accounting and Associates Liberal Arts -- Literature.
I've certified as a computer tech -- used to work for Micron Computers and Dell Tech Support.
Workplace
I work for a local pest control company. I run the office. If it's done in the office, I do it. I'm able to bring my brat-dog to work -- my boss (who is also my landlord and dog-sitter) loves her.
Military
I've never had any desire to be in the military.
My dad retired from the Army. My mom was in the army til she got pregnant with my sister. My sister was in the army -- her husband is still in the Army. My brother Frank just got promoted to MAJOR in the Air Force. He's in Germany.
