Susan's Story
After graduation and the day I turned 18, I met my best friend's cousin and ended up getting married 1 yr later. We had 4 girls (2 were twins) and then we were separated after 9 yrs and later divorced, but at least I got 4 beautiful girls out of the deal and now 2 grandaughters.
I have stayed in the WPB area for the most part. I lived in Dunedin Fl for about 18 months and in Palatka Fl for 6 months, other than that it's always been WPB.
I work for the Fla. Dept of Transportation and have been there for over 11 yrs now. Currently, I am a Senior Roadway Construction Inspector. Previously, I had worked as a Corrections Deputy at the Stockade for PBSO. Unfortunatley, I ran into s...Expand for more
everal old classmates and friends there on the wrong side of the bars, lol. ..IT happens.
I enjoy playing softball. I play on a women's league each Sunday. I also play Volleyball. Every Thursday for the past 11 years, I have played with other folks from FDOT and some of their friends and family. We have a great time and it's alot of fun!
Well, all my kids are out on their own, whether it be in College or married or living their own lives. I do however, have my 14 yr old niece living with me and I have had her for 12 yrs now, so I won't be totally alone yet.
I guess thats about it. I am looking forward to our 30th reunion in August to see everyone. So I hope you all make it.
