Life
Greetings from Windsor, PA - a small town just 30 minutes north of the MD/PA state line, just north of Baltimore, MD. I've lived in PA since 1985. After having my business in my home for 5 yrs, I moved my business into a small strip mall in 2003 where I have several employees. I work as a self-employed bookkeeper/accountant/tax preparer where I enjoy helping small businesses! I've been blessed with a full load of clients! I also enjoy being active in my church, Twin Lakes Chapel, where I serve on the Women's Ministry Team, the Building Team and am also the Church Treasurer. I also enjoy going on mission trips to the Dominican Republic where I help to build chapels. I met my second husband, Mike, a wonderful guy, on my first mission trip there in March of 2003 (he was from a different local church that had gone along - it was his 7th mission trip there!). We were married on Valentine's Day 2004 & returned to the Dominican Republic two weeks later on another mission trip. We just returned from our 2006 annual mission trip in March. the big bucks are ("bucks" as in the ones that you hunt!). I have two great sons: Adam, 25, lives in Louisville, KY. Adam just graduated from Louisville Tech. with a degree in Computer Networking. He married Jenny Smith on July 29, 2006. Andy, 23, works for me full-time in my business during tax season as a tax preparer and will shortly begin his dual career as a real estate agent (while he's not preparing taxes!). Andy married Katie, now 25, four years ago, and enjoys spending time with her and her 8 year old son, Jeremy, who he adopted after they were married. Andy & Katie's daughter, Regan (my granddaughter!) was born September 12, 2004 and is a joy! Andy & Katie just gave me another granddaughter October 5, 2006 - Sydney. Katie also works for me in my business & brings Regan along every afternoon. Regan will be calling me "Grandma" before we know it! I also have a wonderful step-son, Travis, who is 14 years old. He's a great student in 9th grade, on the school soccer team, plays the drums & enjoys paintball. Our pets include Scoot, our Jack Russell terrior; & Colby, our Christmas kitten.
