and have been living in Florida since mid-1985. Life for me started out in Owensville, Ohio (about 30 min. east of Cincinnati), then 3 years at Schofield Bks., Oahu, then 2 yrs at Ft. Dix, New Jersey, and finally Satellite Beach, Florida. I have also lived in Melbourne, Orlando, and present day St. Augustine. My life is all about my kids and coping with the challenges of Multiple Sclerosis. I am a Self-Help Group Leader for the St. Augustine Multiple Sclerosis Support Group affiliated with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (North Florida Chapter)and Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. I also love to help those who are ailing through natural remedies. I have been off all RX medications for over 2 years now and feel like I did before I was ever told I had MS! The key: Exercise, Vitamins & Supplements, Essential Oils, and a positive attitude!".
