Susan's Story
Hey everyone! Life has been very interesting to me and I hope it has been to you. I work on Ft. Lewis in Washington as a Fitness Specialist. Health and Fitness is a BIG part of my life and has been for the last 15 years. I have 5 girls Brianna 11, Janae 15, Sharee 16, Roxanne 22 and Renee 23- my twin boys passed. I love pitt-bulls and horses still. I am single now. It has been so neat to hear and see everyone. I have wondered about everyone. it! I am spiritual and believe in karma and natural healing. I am on the go all the time. Yes I am a 3 time world champion powerlifter and did some bodybuilding shows but that is on hold. Now I am doing cross-fit. My girls that are home do boxing, gymnastics, track, powerlifting and basketball. I train some amazing people!! I love hearing from you all!!
