Susan's Story
After college I went to Europe and toured for awhile then worked 10 months in Geneva, Switzerland as an "au pair". Came back home, student taught in French and was unsuccessful at finding a job (it was a buyer's market at the time--400applicants for every job) Went to work in back office stockbrokerage doing insurance, financial support staff, registration stuff. h Master's in Occupational Therapy and have spent the last 21 years working in variety of venues including schools, acute care, rehab, longterm care in nursing homes, home health. Divorced my husband in '96. Last couple of years have been in longterm care and consulting in south suburbs. Want to return to Oak Park area, find old/new friends (maybe even a new guy). Would like to do foundation/health care consulting to address personal needs of elderly and mentally ill not met in current mediocre longterm care in Illinois.
