Susan's Story
Life
Married to Mark Steinhardt. Twin daughters are 16 years old and keep me very busy! Retired as Director of Business Intelligence Services at Procter & Gamble in 2001.
Workplace
Over the course of 24 years at P&G, I have worked in numerous parts of the business. My first 7 years were in Product Development developing new products, performing factory service, designing a manufacturing process for a new product and developing and conducting consumer research techniques.

ng at new business opportunities for P&G as well as participating in the development of P&G's strategic planning program.
This effort led to the development of my expertise in Competitive Intelligence/analysis, the subsequent creation of the Corporate CI department, and eventual expansion into information management. The result of this was the creation of a new and somewhat unique department, where I was named Director - Business Intelligence Services - a global operation serving all aspects of P&G's business.
