Susan's Story
I finally graduated from high school....again! I retired from 30 years in education, 14 as a social studies teacher and 16 as a middle and high school administrator. The latest school was Camas High School in Washington, as an associate principal. I graduated from Montana State University with both a BS in secondary education and a Masters in Education Leadership. I have taught in Whitehall, Big Timber, and Bozeman. Between Big Timber and Bozeman, I spent 8 years teaching on the Big Island at Konaweana in Kealakekua.

my first marriage (both are in their 40's) and my late husband has two children. Together we have 9 grandchildren ages 6 to 21. Sadly, both my mom and my dad passed away within 9 months of each other in 2015 and 2016, Six months after I retired, my husband, Larry, also passed after battling cancer for 18 years.
It's been a crazy, but great life and I am really proud of my years in West Yellowstone, Can't believe that all of us are "getting up there in years"! However, I refuse to get old! High school has been good to me...kids kept me young!
