Susan's Story
Gosh, I can't believe how fast the years have flown by. Nor can I believe how many of my fellow students are no longer with us.
I have made contact with many people that were friends during my years at CHS and many that weren't. Many that I now consider friends I never knew then and now find are very interesting people. I think I missed out waiting so long to get to know them.
If you could go back in time would you change the way you were during your high school years? I was so wrapped up in Dean that it kept me from knowing many other people and in a way...Expand for more
I regret that. I think I also might have studied a little harder and made an effort to join more activities. I might have even worked up the nerve to at least try out for Channelettes (although I wasn't in that clique).
If you read this and I ever did or said anything that hurt you please accept my sincere apology. As an adult I've come to realize that children can be brutal and sometimes they don't realize how hurtful their words can be.
Enjoy your life because as we all have learned it can all change in the blink of an eye.
