Susan's Story
Life
Hi.......a bio....so much life lived! How did th years go by since '68. March 2005, my partner, Tom and I bought a house in Los Gatos off Summit Rd. It's beautiful up here.....I just love it. We met thru youth theatre in Los Altos.....he was the artistic director and all four of my kids were doing theatre. Tom is no longer directing.....he is "pioneering" a new approach to choral singing and traveling around the country doing workshops with different choral groups. I have been doing psychotherapy for 17 years now. I'm still loving it. I work alot with couples - as they say, we teach what we need to learn.
My children are all in their 20's now. It's been an amazing ride! They are all extremely interesting people......and you know what that means......they have had some interesting journeys.....too many to talk about here. I will tell you that one of my daughters, Eliz...Expand for more
abeth, is an actor in LA. She has been on Grey's Anatomy three times now and was the "girl in the freezer" for last summer's (2006) Breyers Icecream adds.
For those of you who know my family.....Emily is living in Los Angeles with her long time partner Linda. We are very close and see/talk with each other often.
Joy is turning 60 this year........Emily and I had the same "freak-out" moment about this. Good God, we're next!
She's doing well. She lives near Leigh High School with her partner Henry. Her first husband was Henry also - just in case you're confused.
Mom passed away in 2002 - I still miss her. She got better and better with age - like a fine wine! After dad died in 1993, we girls, mom and sisters started doing a lot together. We traveled and bonded and laughed and loved. What a gift this was.
I'm looking forward to our 40th reunion. Hope to see you there.
