Susan Anderson:  

Life I hope my classmates have all had happy and satisfying lives like I have. EDUCATION: I went to BYU for two years and then finished at Weber State in 1968. SPOUSE: I married Bruce Anderson from Oak Ridge, Tennessee. We moved to Chicago in 1968, just after marriage, and I supported him through dental school by teaching 4th grade. I retired when I had my first child, and Bruce has supported me ever since. We've lived in Bloomington, Illinois, for the past 28 years. OCCUPATION: I've been primarily a mom, a church and community volunteer, and a caregiver for aging parents. I do bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting for Bruce's Dental Office. For the last 8 years I have been caring for both my in-laws and my father in my own home -- my mother-in-law (Alzheimer's and blind) for 4 years, my father (Alzheimer's and blind) for 4 years, and my father-in-law for eight years. My mother-in-law and my father have both passed away now, but my father-in-law is still going strong at 92! FAMILY: We have 6 kids, who live all around the country. Two are identical twin boys! 5 served as LDS missionaries. 5 are married. The kids attended BYU, Ricks, and UVSC, so we made MANY trips across I-80 and I-70 over the years.
