Susan's Story
Life
I've had a lot of life changing experiences since I graduated college. I've been up down and all around. My life is wonderful now! I'm married since 7/4/2007 and I've become a mom three times over through this union. I'm active in my church where I met my husband and step-sons. I work at a department store as the store secretary, a far cry from my psychology degree, but yet I do still use it somewhat.... We'll be getting a new house by the holidays this year and life couldn't be much better. They say you really don't grow up until you're well into your 30s, that is so true in my case. I've had some health issues along the way and I thank God now, I'm on the right path for healing. I've worked on the campus of Notre Dam...Expand for more
e for a time as well and that is such a beautiful campus. For anyone that heads out South Bend, IN way, check out the grotto at ND, it takes your breath away.
Update 7/2008
John and I have a great newly built home and the boys each have their own rooms (they always shared rooms before). The oldest is playing guitar and the youngest is playing piano. I'm working at Family Christian Store now which is definitely more where I'm at in life. My faith has taken me places I never knew about before.
Two years ago, our church was struck by lightning and the sanctuary portion burned down. In June, we broke ground to build a new sanctuary and my middle step-son was part of the shovel crew to break ground. What an awesome day that was.
