Susan's Story
I have lived in Georgia since 1969, after spending 3 years in the U.S. Army and doing a tour in Vietnam. I am married and have 4 grown children and two grandchildren.
I am a retired pediatric RN and now own and operate a horse-breeding farm. My husband, Bob, and I have a beautiful log home on 22 acres which is located on a beautiful river in North Georgia. We are down to 12 horses (from 40+) in anticipation of retirement in the next couple ...Expand for more

Our animal family also includes five 4-legged full or part Golden Retrievers, a 3-legged Benji dog, a little Rat Terrier named Tallulah Rose and 3 cats. Except for one dog, they are all rescued. We also do equine rescue and rehab.
What leisure time we can scrape together is spent by Bob on the golf course and me either on a horse, kayking on a river or practicing yoga.
My life has been richly blessed! And I thank the Lord.
