Susan's Story
Hi, I've been busy since the last reunion. Nick (my husband) and I adopted a child from Russia, something I've always wanted to do. That was 3 years ago. Shortly thereafter my job really became unbearable, Nick wasn't happy with his, either, so we sold our house and property, bought a house in Maryland (half way between DC and Baltimore), quit our jobs, packed up a truck, and moved. ck here and now have a bigger house so she can live with us. We are now planning to build her a small home on our property. We are so happy here, after taking 6 months off, we both got jobs we love, and are in a historic district, living in an old Victorian home that is so much fun. I've been thinking about everyone back home, now that the dust has finally settled! I have lots more photos on facebook (fyi, that one is free!)
Update: I am now working in New York as an independent contractor, but still living in maryland.
