Susan's Story
Life
Well, I guess I should do my bio. Not as interesting as some I have read but it certainly has been fun. Graduated from SHS and started working at Ma Bell in June of 1968. After 33 years of customer service in bargaining unit and management, I retired with a package I could not refuse. Great pension, bennies, pink slip, a year's severance and off I went. I collected for a few months, partied too much, got bored and went back to work. I am now at the City Of West Haven (which is also where we live) and enjoying every minute. The big title is now Executive Legal Secretary for the Corporation Counsel.
Bill and I are working on 34 years of wedded bliss. We have 2 children, a son and a daughter, both marrie...Expand for more
d several years. Daughter and husband have 4 children and son and wife had twins, a boy and a girl who are now 3 years old and know everything. Our son is an officer (active duty) in the Marines, now in the Reserves and working for the government. Hey, our tax dollars at work, no?
One kitty, 15 years old and I feed a couple of strays, too. No more after her. I need a break from the litter box and smelly cat food...lol.
That's about it for now. The usual aches and pains that come with age but nothing serious, thank goodness.

By the way, Gail (Ambruso)Scoville is still my best friend, forever. She is battling cancer right now but there is hope and she is such a trooper!
