Susan's Story
After I moved (summer of 67) to the Chicago area, and graduated there, I started Baylor University in Waco, TX in July of 68. I didn't want to go back to the Chicago area, so I stayed in summer school, and graduated with a BS in PE and Business in December of 71...........married my brother's Texas A & M room-mate. We were married for 30 years, had 3 boys who are now 32, 26, and almost 21. We moved to the Dallas area, then Houston, then Washington, DC, and back to Houston. We separated in 95, and divorced in 02.......... I re-married in 05 (to another Harrison), and gained 2 step-kids w...Expand for more
ho are 30 and 28. My oldest has a little boy who is 9 and my middle has 2 girls who are 6 and 4. His youngest has 2 girls who are 4 and almost 1 with one due in March.
I taught Montessori pre-school for 10 years, and now teach 6th, 7th, and 8th grades in the Alternative school (discipline) in a large district on the NW side of Houston, TX. I have been in Houston since 87, and have been teaching at the ALC for 13 years.
We have a Doberman who is 13, and 5 cats but there have been as many as 3 Doberman's and 3 snakes added to the mix over the years. Needless to say, I love animals.
