School I graduated HS and was married 18 months later. I worked at NY Telephone for 4 years before having children and never went back to school. My job in printing now came about because I never lost my typing ability. So, no more schooling but lots of life experience. I work in publishing - scientific books for CSHL. My actual title is desktop editor. I love the job and receive great satisfaction is seeing a book that I've worked on in print. My hours are sometimes very long but usually flexible. If I'm needed to be grandma for a preschool outing I can go and make up the time. I have 4 grandsons (1 more on the way) so I get lots of calls.
