Isn't it amazing how Life's twists and turns takes you to unexpected places with memorable events? It's difficult to believe that so many years have really passed since we moved the tassel on our graduation caps to the other side as we crossed that momentous threshold of our lives. Regardless, here I am with 5 children and 17 grandchildren, living near Salt Lake City, Utah, and married to my sweetheart. While I didn't sing with any of the SLZHS choirs, I have been doing a lot of singing over the past 35 years. I returned in May 2007 from a singing tour in Italy. What an experience it was to concertize in Rome, Venice, Florence, and Milan, as well as sing mass at St. Peter's Cathedral at the Vatican in Rome and at the Duomo in Milan. Talk about memorable. Currently, I sing with the Utah Symphony Chorus, which performs with the Utah Symphony 3-4 times each year in Salt Lake City. I never expe...Expand for more
