Susan's Story
High School seems so long ago and a lot has happened. I worked full time for my Dad after school and then worked in the insurance business for 2years. After that I worked for EMH for 10 years, then moved to the Chicago area with my husband. It was there I learned to be a surgical technologist and assistant, which is what I do currently. After we moved back to Ohio due to my husband's promotion, I went to work for the Cleveland Clinic and joined their vascular team. That was a very interesting job because the Clinic is always on the cutting edge in the health industry. Also, I worked on organ transplants and C-Section delivery. Currently, I am still with the Clinic, but at one of their surgery centers doing mostly Plastics and Reconstruction.

e been very fortunate to travel a bit. I have been to Scotland to visit family, the Dominican Republic on a surgical mission, New York City for the last six years to celebrate New Years in Times Square and many of the States and Canada to visit more of my family.
My Hobbies include horseback riding, ( I have a horse again.), gardening, traveling, antique shopping, and spending time with family and friends. Also, my husband and I bought about five acres and built a house recently. This has taken a couple of years and created lots of never ending projects.
That about sums everything up except that my two sons, (step), are grown and gone living their own lives. They were six and eight when I met my husband, but now are twenty-six and twenty-eight. They too are Midview Alumni.
