Working for an airline gave me the opportunity to travel all over the world...Europe and Asia. ving to Washington, to be closer to my son I was the principal at a Spanish Immersion-Dual Language elementary school. I have recently retired (June 2016) after serving as an elementary school principal for over twenty plus years. Life has blessed me as I love spending time with my family, my son, my daughter and my son's three grandsons. Retirement has offered time to enjoy quilting, reading, exercising, volunteering and travel. In retirement, I am working part time as a Supervisor for Student Teachers and Advanced Practicum students for Washington State University, I enjoy making quilts for our wounded veterans through Quilts of Valor, making Comfort Quilts for our local hospice and quilts for premies at our hospital. Life is good!
