Suzan's Story
When was in high school I went by my birth name of Alice May Girdwood; Suzan(Suzie,Suzie-Q) was the name the name I grew up with and then added to my legal documents. this avoided
confusion in my house two people with same name. After graduation I worked for a bit then moved back to L.A.to visit old friends that I grew up with until I moved to Redding when I was 14. I came back to Redding to help my mom until she finished her nursing classes.
When she finished I decided to move to British Columbia, Canada where I was born (This is little k...Expand for more
nown information about me). I lived in Vancouver for about 18 years, was married twice and both my children were born there giving them dual citizenship as do I. We moved back to Redding in August 1993 so that my children could grow up knowing my side of the family. My son was the first to graduate from Enterprise in 1996, my daughter followed in 2003. My children live here with families of their own. I have 6 grandchildren and my first great grandchild will be born the first part of April. I am so excited about meeting the new addition.
