Suzanne's Story
Life
I graduated from LCCC and Kent State (1983, broadcasting). I then married Greg Milewski in 1986 and we lived in Elyria. In 1990 we moved to Brentwood Lake Village. I've had various jobs, from admin. secretary at EMH, to TV work at ALC-TV in Avon Lake. In 1999, Greg & I & Princess (litter box trained Dutch rabbit) moved to Lawford, WV, after we built a log cabin on a hill top. Lawford is in the Ritchie County hills, about 21 miles south of Harrisville and 19 miles northwest of Glenville. It was a very beautiful place with a slower pace of living and very friendly people. I worked for the Ritchie Gazette newspaper and a local attorney for a while. Though Greg deserted and subsequently divorced me, Princess & I still lived happily in the same cabin and I worked part-time for the Traders Guide (a buy/sell/ trade type of newspaper) in Grantsville. the Rock in my life, and seen me through all the difficulties.) In 2004, the Lord let me know I was going to move. A few months later, my job was phased out and I got a job in Clarksburg. A month later, Princess passed away and my house which was just put on the market was sold. The Lord changed my direction a short time after that and I moved to Parkersburg. I work as a legal secretary here. I also adopted a black and white male Dutch rabbit named Robbie in January 2008. He is so different from Princess but a joy to have! I'm active in my church, Fresh Fire Ministries Int'l, and am on the praise & worship team and sometimes I do mime and dance. I also do Civil War reenacting with the 17th Virginia Cavalry, Company F (the Night Hawk Rangers, out of Parkerburg). Not as a 'southern belle' but shooting a rifle! Also, I've also done voiceover work through Sweetsong Productions. I still miss my log cabin & property, but know for sure the Lord wanted me to make this move.
