Suzanne's Story

Life Update 2022: We continue to live in New Mexico, my brother and his wife are moving here soon! I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2016, so I am now Dr. Boese. I teach online nursing classes, we need more nurses in this state and in all other states across the nation. I am hoping that I will be able to retire some day! Will we have a 25th reunion? Update 2013: Philip and I have been married for 30 years now and we have two grandchildren. We moved to New Mexico in April of 2011 where I work as the Nursing Clinical Director at Pima Medical Institute. I hope that one day I will finish the coursework for my Doctor of Nursing Practice! 2008: After graduating from high school, I attended Rio Hondo College and earned an A.S. degree as a Psychiatric Technician. I earned my MSN/Ed degree from the University of Phoenix and I am now the Associate Dean of Health Sciences at St. Francis Career College in Lynwood, CA. I have 3 children, Paul, Jennifer, and David, Paul graduated from UC Irvine and earned his master's degree at Chapman University, Jenn will graduate from Cal State Fullerton with a master's in English in December 2008, and my youngest will graduate from high school this year, June 2008. Jenn got married in November 2006 so now I also have a son-in-law and as of June 2007, a new grandson. My husband Philip teaches high school science: biology, chemistry, and physics. He attended Vanderbilt University after graduating from Edison High in Huntington Beach and then attended the University of Alabama for medical school. We will be married for 25 years this September 2008. We also have 2 dogs, a Boxer and a Dalmatian.
