Suzanne's Story
Life
After graduation in the summer of 64, and finishing in 3 years (probably not a good idea) I went to MSCW for a short time. Then on to Cincinnati to begin my family and career.
I have been self employed most of my life, first with an employment agency for 15 years, then commercial real estate for several years.
We moved to Mobile, AL in 1979 after years of vacationing at Gulf Shores, to raise my daughters. They all still live in the area. Water sports were the thing for us all.
Now, I love to travel Europe, and the US. Vacations only, I am still working, still self-employed. For a person that hated history in school, I cannot get enough of it through travel.
Work and children kept me very occupied. I have two grand daughters, and my first born just went back to college to Physicians As...Expand for more
sistant school! My middle child works with me in our 2 business, and just married this summer, first marrage for both.
I have not had time to even think about high school, but if there are any of you out there, it would be nice to say hello.
One of my AF friends, Linda Caldwell, married, became a professor, and lived in TX. Always a brainiack. I ran into Pat Guyton here in Mobile, she was married to a football coach at a private high school. That is the extent of my contact with the past. My mom lived in Columbus for many years after we left, she owned The Bridal Room for years. I would drive up frequently. It is still a pretty town, with fond memories. As an AF brat, I felt lucky to stay in one place from 6th grade to graduation.
