Suzanne's Story
Having once grown up isn't something I want to do again in the words of this little story to anyone who reads it. I will start at the 65th year of my life where all the battles had been fought and life was sweet.
I finally retired from working in the Commercial/Industrial National Title business after 35 years and moved to Santa Barbara, California.
I was recently married on September 18, 2008 to my long term partner in a small wedding at our friends home in Santa Ynez, CA. My family came from Georgia. Sherrill our cousin who is 1 year and 2 days younger then we are came to be with us on our special day bringing her husband of 42 years and both grown daughters that I adore.
We have a perfect little home in Santa Barbara. Barbara is still working so my time is my own and I feel as if I am so busy that I don't know daily where the time goes. Although I spend a considerable amount of time reading which for me is a great joy.

ugh parts of Europe that was incredible with 8 other women from all over the country. It was a unique experience for me to be with these fellow traverlers, most were very well traveled and helped make my trip even better. I only knew one well as she was my boss after I left Los Angeles and worked for her at the Santa Barbara Conference & Visitors Bureau. Barbara and I are planning on redoing this trip as soon as she finally retires. Once that happens we plan on traveling everywhere we couldn't go while working and enjoying every minute at home as well in our beautiful city. Our Life together is very good and very happy.
One other really important note about my world is that it has been blessed with 2 marvelous friends that I met in the late 60's. These two women have always been there for me in every way possible. I am so thankful for them and all their gifts to me.
