Suzanne's Story
Life
I feel fortunate to have good friends that help me thru life! 2005 was not the best of years, hoping for a better 2006. Looking to get in touch with Beth Cook and Sara Richmond, so if anyone knows how to contact them pleae let me know, thanks.
Suzanne is a licensed real estate salesperson since 1994. Currently she enjoys working and living with her family in her hometown of Garden City, New York. Suzanne continues to keep up her real estate interests in the surrounding neighborhoods of Garden City South, Floral Park and New Hyde Park.
Suzanne is currently a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors-LIBOR and the New York State Association of Realtors, NYSAR, as well as being a member of the National Association of Realtors, NAR, which allows her to say with pride that she is a Realtor. Suzanne has furthered her career by acquiring specific designations that enable her to better meet the needs of her customers. She is currently a member of the Relocation Network- RELO, Senior Real Estate Specialist- SRES, helping her to meet the needs of Seniors in the real estate marketplace, and as a member of the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Spec...Expand for more

The new knowledge Suzanne has gained thru the CLHMS membership allows her to work more effectively with her customers in the upper tier or todays real estate market. Suzanne has also recently been appointed to serve on the L.I.B.O.R-Long Island Board of Realtors Education Committee which helps advance professionalism for Realtors on Long Island via education and advanced training projects.
In addition to her work Suzanne is active in local charities and their fundraising events. She is currently the Pediatric Project Chairperson for Twigs the auxiliary fund raising group for Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York and a member of The Mercy League of Mercy Hospital of Rockville Centre, New York.
Suzannes four children attend school in Garden City where she also serves on the Parent Teacher Association-PTA. She knows first hand how great the schools, as well as the recreation and sports programs are for her family in Garden City.
