iends. I am a fitness champion. And I won Grand Champion in the national Body For Life contest. Attended the Arnold Classic up in Ohio and met Lou" Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk), And Arnold Schwarzenegger, and a lot of NFL players. You can find me in the book "Champion's Body For Life". I worked in nursing for years, and love working with people.
