Big changes to our lives in 2017. Health issues necessitated our move from "home" in Colorado to the country roads of Virginia - lower altitude and cleaner air. We live in the peace and quiet of the country life near Lexington, VA. It's been quite an adjustment since both of us lived in the Denver, CO area for 60-ish years (off and on for me). Metropolitan Denver has a population of 5+ million people; Lexington's population is 7 thousand. plus those of us who live in the county. Note: My last name in high school was Jackson. My step-father adopted me and my last name changed to Perry during the summer of 1961.before he was transferred to CO, where I graduated from high school.
Sorry to have missed the 55th reunion but hoping to be there for the 60th. Susan (Bailey) and Kathryn Paulsen are trying to make it there as well.
We're still living near Lexington, VA and still getting accustomed to living in "farm country".
There are cows on one side of our property and a "human family" on the other.
Living a quiet and peaceful retirement . . . hope all's well with y'all.
