Tamar's Story
Life
After graduating from NSA in 1981, I attended Delta State and graduated in 1986 with a B.S. in Early Childhood Development. I stayed in Drew for a while until I married Jay Burrell and moved to Starkville in 1989. While in Starkville, I obtained a M.S. in Early Childhood Education from MSU and was director of a preschool at MSU for 13 yrs. Then I worked for an adult literacy prog...Expand for more
rama and an English as a Second Language Program. Currently, I am again a preschool director again for a large area church program. Jay and I have 2 boys, 9 and 7 yrs.old. Now that we are older, keeping up with two young boys is quite a challenge! We are active in our church and spend a good bit of time with both our families. I enjoy scrapbooking when I have the time,but that is rare!
