Tamara's Story
Life
My life has been fun and anything but ordinary!! After several years at App State,I dropped out to marry my college sweatheart after he was drafted to pitch in the NY Yankees minor league system. We moved all over the country until his career ended with an arm injury. We headed back to Boone so that he could complete an additional degree, and then moved to Michigan where our first daughter, Brooke, was born. Suprise! Eighteen months later our son, Logan, was born, and two years later we had another daughter, Brett.

ing after his dad by being a baseball pitcher. Our family is one BIG hormonal chaos with three teenagers! Running is my stress releiver and my biggest hobby! I have 5 friends that I run with 3 to 4 days a week, and we compete in races all over the U.S.(for fun, and for personal records) I did my first marathon last year and don't plan to run any more for a while as the training took up so much time. We moved back to Boone three years ago, where once again I find myself a full time student at ASU completing my elementary education degree. My life has come full circle!! My husband and I have been married over 21 years now! Am I the only one who has gotten old?
