Tami's Story
Life
I cant believe i've been out of school 24 years this June but I have. I'll be celebrating my 43 b'day March 4th.
Marraige
I'm married twenty one wonderful years to my first and only husband. We met in a club (and it was love at first sight) we've never been apart since then. Praise God!
Children
I have three wonderful sons - ages 22,(Alfred) 21 (Pernell) and 18 (Robert) - two military, Navy (Alfred), Marine (Pernell) My 18 year old of course is still at home with me. I am a very proud and blessed Mom - great children!
Grandchildren

Work
13 years on the same job. What more can a girl ask for?
College
I started college late in life - I raised the boys first, Got them out of school and then started myself - so i am actually trying to complete my course work now. So far my GPA is 3.300 - Pray for me a sista is old, but our motto at BCC is that its never too late. I promised my children I would finish and we don't break promises as a rule.
Workplace
I worked at Marine Midland Bank straight out of highschool but for the past 11 years I've been blessed to be employed by Bronx Community College office of Student Development/Enrollment Management.
