Tammi's Story
Life
After school, I started working at the Omni where I got to see all the events and get paid, It was great.
All the Hockey and Basketball games, kids shows and my favorites the concerts. But the best show
was the crouds. You see ever type of person there is. And all the crazy things people do.
I loved it and work there for 12 years untill they closed the Omni and tour it down.
When they opened Philips Arena, I did not go back because I got married. and family life was great.
I have a step son and a little girl that keep me going, They are now 10 and 23, My husband passed away from cancer...Expand for more
in 2005, but I'am trying to make the best of each day. Time go by way to fast.
I thank God for my kids, My little girl is just like me, looks and addatude. She keeps me on the go, and We travel alot. Trying to live life large.
I went back to work with my old boss from the Omni, I work the football and basketball game at Georgia Tech and concerts at Chastain Amphitheratre. I love working with old friends, and again watching people do the crazy's things.
I sometimes run into some old classmates and often thank of my days at Roosevelt. I pray that my story
