Tammitha's Story
Life
Here's a report on my life to date. I've been married for 8 years. I have a 6 year old daughter, Kirstin and an 18 year old stepson, Sean. I have two dogs, Ginger and Jessie (Irish Setter and a Beagle Harrier) one is 12 years and the other is 4 months old. We also have a goldfish. My daughter and the fabulous neighbors and Christian supports in my life are a true blessing. I love my life. My passion in life is my work--the lives of 100 individuals with mental retardation/mental health/physical disabilities that I have the shear joy of embracing and interacting with on daily basis....Expand for more
I work as a program manager and my degree is in social work from Millersville University. I hope at some point to go back to school and get my Master's to serve as a behavior specialist that knows how to specifically work with this population--a much needed service. I volunteer for a lady from my church, St Leo the Great Church (Roman Catholic) in Lancaster PA who writes books on how to for parents of kids with Autism. I'm actively involved in St. Leo's Women of the Word Bible study class. I also attend Church of God in Landisville (where I live)Bible study with my husband. God Bless.
