Tammy's Story
Life
Well, I am still in Soddy Daisy. I am not married. I came close, but it did not work out in the end. I do not have any children. I spend enough time with my nieces and nephews so I have about changed my mind on having children. I have had a hand in helping to raise each of them, so I feel like I have raised plenty of kids!! They range in ages from 16 years to 7 months. They are all a handful, but I love them dearly.
When I am not working, I spend time with family and friends. I also am becoming more involved in my church. It has been a life changing experience for me.
College
I went to college straight out of high school. I majored in Nursing, but I ended up switching to Respiratory Therapy. The funny part is that I do not work in the medical field. I found that I enjoy the office sett...Expand for more

Workplace
I work for a warehouse logistics company. I am the office supervisor. It is a job that I really enjoy. I love the company that I work for and I love the people that I work with. We have become a family. I have never worked at place where so many people care about one another. I was truly happy in my decision to leave the medical field and get into the business field. It was the best decision I could have made for myself. I am also our facility's human resources representative and the safety advocate. I do all of the safety training and I handle all of the Human Resources related issues (payroll, insurance, 401K, discipline, termination, etc.) It has been a challenge for me, but I am glad that I took it on. It has truly made me a stronger person.
