Tammy Franklin:  

Born in Detroit, third child, Tony, Bill then me. Parents moved us to Missouri. They had 3 more children Joe, Vicki and Tim, then back to Detroit. 3 more children Patti, Richard and Kris. We lived on 30th street near Rich, Started school at Assumption BVM 1st - 4th grades. I remember Diane Laskawa, Nicholas McWhorter, Rita Spring, Donald Slagan. In 1970 we moved to Military 2 blocks south of Vernor. Attended Holy Redeemer 5th (Sister Doris Anne's homeroom). And 6th grades Ms Ebel. I remember Maria Benitez, Molly Zaragoza, Lisa Curry, Sharon Matras, Jiminez family and the Reebers. and Diane Nelson. Wilson Jr High the first part of 7th grade where I had a lot of friends from Patton Park. Hung around with Patty Reno, Rocko twins, and mostly my brothers Tony and Bill and a lot of other kids that loved to swim. We lived the other side of Livernois so they made us go to Earhart where we didn't know anyone. No school of choice then! Plus I was a big flop at the Talent show with... you know who you are!
