Tammy's Story

I would like to think that my old friends remember me the way that I remember them=fond memories and lots of fun I always wanted to be a commercial artist when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a what is that idea. As it turns out, they were correct. I like to blow off steam by listening to music, playing with my dogs, or just ignoring what is making me loose it! The wildest thing I ever did was take my dads big as* truck into town (the only one of its kind at the time in that town),and then when my parents saw me hauled as* home. What fun! If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have fun, excitement, and laughter to be able to deal with the day-to-day. My hero was(and still is), my Uncle Keith. He was and still is there for me when I need a good shoulder. I have lived in Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico ( for obvious reasons I did not mention Wyoming because common sense). I moved to AZ to go to school, and then I moved to New Mexico after I got married, and Texas (2x for husbands job-same one both times). I have lived in AZ a couple of times because of husbands job, and that is why we are here in NM. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Rhonda Patterson, because we had so much fun in our 4 years at Newcastle High. I guess my obsession is my pets-I have 4 dogs, 1 cat, 2 fish, 2 miniature horses I hadn't planned on getting sick and being on disability at 40 years old. I also hadn't planned on having 1 son and a husband that love and care for me. I honestly thought I would live as a lonely person going through life alone. Funny how that did not work. If I could improve my home, I'd remodel my bedroom and add on a bigger closet. My dream home would be the one we are building now.. I have learned that Murphys Law is the complete truth. I am always being thrown a loop from out of no where and he is only 20 years old. Miss McKee, because I had a son that is going to school and majoring in Math. That would probably amaze her. He is also majoring in phylosophy and minoring in german. If I won $100 million, I'd give $10,000 of it to parent in laws, then spend the rest on finishing our house, finish our sons education and buy a house in Tucson, AZ.. NO way. ...Expand for more
I lived with family and couldn't imagine doing the dorm thing. I am mostly happy right now because I am with the ones I want to be with, but I would be living in Tucson,AZ instead of NM (it is only 3 hours away, and I would be watching my husband and son rock climbing out of the wheelchair. My current age is 40. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be extremely old. I was so completely WRONG!. I am not working, but disability has its perks. I can be a better domestic engineer (HA,HA)! I have know idea what happened to my first crush because he and I were 9 years old, and at a rodeo. My best friend would tell you I'm funny, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as quiet( yes, I said quiet.. Yes, I wore blue jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and that is what I wear today. It never will die ( the style). Working at a cookie factory in Tucson,AZ. I share my home with my husband, son and all my pets, which I find exciting!. No I never did anything that deserved trophies. My son has some from pop warner football though. I couldn't do a do over because to change the past means that I wouldn't be here where I am at,and I like it for the most part. In 10 years, I hope to be in a completed house instead of still under construction.. I'm going to get there by having the money and the time at the same time.. My oldest friend is actually my husband, and we met by me hitting him in the leg with my car door.Luckly it was Sprint and it wasn't very big ( the car).We clicked because he had the same last name as my Uncles first name., and his first name is my Uncles real first name. I know, it is confusing. I have been told by people who haven't seen me in 10 years that I haven't changed so that is what will surprise them. My first job was at golf course, where I got paid $3something to take care of the carts, and the golf balls.. What I remember most about it is was my Uncles girlfriend was my boss.. I always have the one about when my sister and I lived on a ranch outside of Casper,WY and I started a big tractor that was going to head into a big pond if I had stayed in it.I was in so much trouble. My sister didn't get into trouble because I am the oldest and I should have known better.
