Life
Ashle is my oldest she just turned 14 the end of October. When I got pregnant with Ashle it was a miracle I didn't think I would ever have children. I was told many times when I was younger that I could not have them and then in 1986 I was in a really bad car accident and that lessoned my chances even more I had alot of internal injuries, and was told at one time that I would probably never walk again, but I proved them wrong.

ailure, when I was 7 1/2 months pregnant. Zack was an emergency c-section the very next day. He was in the NICU for about 2 months. So basically I am very lucky to have both of them and I couldn't ask for more.
We were told that if Corey would have lived he would not have lived for very long, probably no longer than a year and would have been in and out of KU Med Center all the time so I think that it is a blessing that things happened the way they did. But none the less it was still hard to accept and I will never forget the feeling when I was told that there was no heartbeat for him.
