Life
My Spouse
I actually met him on the SHS Varsity Baseball and Softball bus. His name is Gary and next to the birth of my two children, he is the best thing that has ever happened to me. It just took me a few years to realize that he was the only one for me!!!!
My Pets
I am very sad to say that our little Benji passed away in our arms on New Year's Eve. We miss him every day - we were very fortunate to have him in our lives for 16 years. We have since welcomed a new addition to our family. Her name is Heidi Jean Faulkner and she is an adorable little Morkie. Her mother is a Yorkie and her father is a Maltese. We just love her so much. She has really helped to fill the void of losing Benji. I still have two "grandpuppys". Their names are Cuddles and Gidget. Cuddles is a cockapoo and Gidget is a black lab. My Kids
I have a great son who will turned 28 in March. Boy, am I getting old! His name is Travis and he works full time at the Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Smyrna. I also have a terrific daughter who is 26. Her name is Autumn and she graduated from Wilmington College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently a teacher at the Bayhealth Child Development Center in Dover and she eventually wants to be a kindergarten teacher. She got married on October 18th, 2008 to a wonderful young man, John Childs. We just love him and his family. I am very proud of all of them!
My Job
It is very interesting. I am a Research and Development Technologist at Energizer Personal Care and I supervise our temporary staff. I have been there for 28 years. I'll just let you guess what product I research and develop!
