Tammy's Story
My story. I have been sitting here trying to write my story for a while now and have come to the sad conclusion that my life has been rather dull.
I got married and had my first baby when I was barely 19. That pretty much set the tone of my life. Bill and I had a second child when I was 21. We split up right after she turned one. Later I met and married my current husband, Scott.
I may not have done much with my life, but I have done some nice things during my life. I took my kids to the Grand Canyon and fed an Ostrich by hand in Tuscon, AZ. If you never do anything in your life, try feeding an ostrich by hand. I won't spoil the fun, but it will be a day you NEVER forget. We have been to IL, MN, ID and my kids have been to Mt. Rushmore and to the black hills of the Dakotas where buffalo still roam free. I have taken my kids to Texas and Mexico, where we rode horses on the beac...Expand for more

I have snowmobiled hundreds of miles through out NH, VT and Maine. I also like to go Striper fishing and this year I took the whole family with me on a trip and we all caught at least one. I went to Las Vegas for my brothers wedding and got front row seats to Sigfreid and Roy (this was before the accident). I shook both of their hands and to this day, can't figure out some of their magic tricks.
I have tried to raise my kids the best way that I could, although being teenagers, they don't seem to appreciate anything that I have done for them. I hope in time they will look back on these years and know that they were loved and I hope my grandchildren, when they come, will drive my kids crazy as they often did me. Yes, I will be a grandparent some day and that is scary!
